- Low Anterior Resection – Robotic and laparoscopic, medial to lateral and preservation of left colic
- Splenic Flexure – Inferior mesenteric vein, pancreas into lesser sac and lateral mobilisation
- Total Mesorectal Excision of Rectum – Posterior, anterior and lateral dissection
- Anastomosis – Preparing rectal muscular tube for stapling, double staple line and ‘Ipswich single staple line’ techniques
- Pelvic Sidewall Nodal Clearance – Medially and laterally, and dissection and skeletonization of external ilian vessels and obturator muscles
- Right Hemicolectomy – Inferior to superior, ileocolic vessels, duodenal tunnel creation, mesenteric vein, middle colic vessels, Henle trunk, isoperistatic anastomosis and hybrid Kano-S anastomosis
