Posterior malleolus and its foibles, plus FRCS-themed trauma case discussion
Tuesday 24 September (Full Day)
Approaches to complex ankle fractures, tendon transfers of the ankle, fasciotomies of lower limb, below knee amputation and an open session during the afternoon.

Basic Knee & Shoulder Arthroscopy Course

This two-day course will include shoulder arthroscopic techniques & basic knee arthroscopic techniques using a combination of lectures, practical workshops and video surgery demonstration.
The course is designed for CT2, ST3-4 and Junior Specialty Trainees.

- Arthroscopy Indications, Meniscectomy & repair, ACL reconstruction
- Personal feedback on performance, with advice for further practice
- Portal placement, arthroscopic knot tying v knotless anchors, sub-acromial decompression and rotator cuff repair
