OUR LAPCO TT COURSE WAS BACK IN 2021 AND BETTER THAN EVER.

A BIG thank you to ICENI faculty member Sharmila Gupta, who led on our Train the Trainer course last month.  The commitment from the Centre’s faculty to support our learners does not go unnoticed by our trainees and staff.

According to Mrs Gupta “the aim of the course is to help teach the trainers more effective ways to teach. The output of the course has been measured extensively and published in the annals of surgery, and we’ve shown that by following the LAPCO programme that it decreases the learning curve for trainees in Laparoscopic surgery.”

This VERY popular course with a high faculty/delegate ratio (4:6) is a fantastic opportunity for would be Laparoscopic trainee trainers to gain knowledge of the theoretical principles and practical techniques of training.
